Preface:
Darkness...that's all I can see. I can feel cold beneath my back and my backpack isn't on my arms anymore. It hurts, the coldness, it makes me shiver and my teeth chatter. Then suddenly, it's bright and it hurts my eyes. I flinch away, trying to cover the light with my hands, but it seeps through. Then, I hear a voice, "Why her?" it asked. Confused, I looked up to the face where the voice came from. Oh no...
